HTML

HTML (Hypertext Markup Language) is the language with symbols or codes for documents on the Internet. HTML is a formal Recommendation by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C) and is used for the major browsers. HTML files are text files with formatting code which informs browsers such as the Netscape Navigator and Internet Explorer how to display the document and graphics.
