New Google Page Rank Update this Weekend?

Yesterday Matt Cutts, in one of his blog's comments said that there may be a page rank update this weekend. The last Google Page Rank Update was last July affecting a number of web sites and upgrading other websites. Google Toolbar PR seems to be out of date since July.

Once again the question is if google upgrade one of the website where they host one of your links and how it will affect your own website.
