Pay Per Click (PPC)
Pay per click (PPC) is an online advertising model for business to promote their websites.
Advertisers only pay when a customer clicks on an advert linking to the website.
When a customer types a keyword that matches with the advertiser's keywords list, the advert be displayed on the right hand side of the search results. This type of advertisement is called ‘sponsored links’.
PPC programs are offered for paid search engines., including Google AdWords, Yahoo! Search Marketing, and Microsoft adCenter.
